What types of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, apartments, and condos across the DFW metroplex. Properties should be in good condition, well-located, and suitable for short-to-medium-term rental use.
How do owners get paid?
Owner payouts are processed monthly via ACH or check. You receive a detailed statement showing all revenue, fees, and expenses. Payouts are sent within 10 business days after the month closes.
Can I block dates for personal use?
Absolutely. Owners can block any dates for personal or family use through the owner dashboard. Just mark the dates unavailable and they won't be booked.
What if something breaks at 2 AM?
We have 24/7 emergency maintenance support. For urgent issues (burst pipes, power outage, lockout), a contractor is dispatched immediately. Non-urgent items are handled during business hours.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. Our management agreements are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. We're confident our performance and service will keep you with us long-term.
