Nightly Rate
The base rate per night as listed on each property. Rates may vary by season, weekend vs. weekday, or length of stay.
Cleaning Fee
A one-time fee charged per booking to cover professional hotel-quality cleaning between guests.
Taxes
Applicable state and local occupancy taxes are added automatically based on the property's location.
Platform Fee
A small service fee (typically 3%) charged by Oakli Stays to cover secure payment processing and platform support.

What's the minimum stay for STR?
Most properties have a 1-night minimum. Some may require a 2-night minimum on weekends. The minimum stay is always shown on the listing before you book.
Can I book same-day?
Yes — most of our properties support same-day or next-day instant booking, subject to availability.
What's the cancellation policy?
Each property has its own policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict), shown clearly on the listing page. Most moderate policies allow a full refund if cancelled 5+ days before check-in.
Are pets allowed?
